They say they need to get into your room to repair the pipes at 5 a.m. The maintenance guy has a Rottweilder dog who is permitted to roam the property without a leash, a lawsuit waiting to happen. The rooms do not have fridges or microwaves. This is not a good choice for a family, single women, or people with morals.
